Our coffee supplier is Union Coffee and we use their Bright Note blend. Bright Note is ethically sourced from two family owned farms: the Lambari farm in Brazil and the Santa Ana La Huerta farm in Guatemala.
We worked with Union to choose the right blend of beans and they helped us to source a top quality machine to enable us to make the best possible coffee.
The third ingredient is the Barista (the person who makes the coffee.) We make sure we get skilled and experienced baristas that can make exceptionally good coffee. We then offer additional training from the masters at Union Coffee.

Lastly, we offer Regular, Skimmed or Soy milk which is all organic.
We now have 225g packs of our coffee blend for sale for you to take home. It comes ready ground and is suitable for use in Filter machines or Cafetieres.
